I am a proud Noongar, Ngapuhi, and Ngati Tuwharetoa woman who grew up on Jaburara Country amidst the striking red dirt, resilient spinifex, and the stunningly beautiful islands of the Dampier Archipelago. My heritage and upbringing in this remarkable landscape have profoundly shaped my identity and perspective. I am a mother of three, an Aunty, a sister, a daughter, a cousin, and a niece, roles that are central to my life and deeply rooted in my sense of community and family.

From a young age, I have had an enduring love and appreciation for art in all its forms. This passion led me to pursue formal education, and in 2018, I proudly graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts. My journey as an artist has been diverse and fulfilling, encompassing roles as an Artist, Curator, Collaborator, and Mentor. I have had the privilege of seeing my collaborative artwork exhibited in Tokyo, curating multiple exhibitions, and holding a solo show in Geelong.

As a multimedia artist and storyteller, I am dedicated to exploring and expressing the richness of my cultural heritage and contemporary experiences. My work is driven by a passion for learning and sharing knowledge, honoring the wisdom and practices of my ancestors while navigating and contributing to the modern world. Through my art, I strive to respect and uphold the old ways of knowing and doing, integrating them into contemporary contexts to create meaningful and resonant pieces.
