Mamaburra trees are plentiful on Groote Eylandt but it’s not just their fruit that can be used to nourish and enrich. The leaves, bark and seeds of the Mamaburra are all valuable elements in bush formulas, which is why we use the extract in our Mamaburra Soap. We combine it with Australian Kaolin Clay, locally sourced ochre and an infusion of organic peppermint oil and coconut oil base soap for a refreshing and invigorating scent.

To create our Mawilyaburna hand-made soap we use traditional techniques passed down to us by our ancestors. After hand-harvesting the leaves of the Mawilyaburna tree, its extract is blended with organic coconut oil, and organic lemongrass and peppermint oils to produce an uplifting aroma and a texture soft enough for everyday use. The perfect shower companion to refresh and rejuvenate your senses. 

Get back to nature with our Merrika Soap, that features a nourishing recipe of bush herbs and essential oils for a gentle soap, perfect for everyday use. To create this nourishing formulation for everyday use, Merrika leaves are hand-harvested from the bush and the surrounding beach. The botanical extract is blended with organic coconut, eucalyptus and tea tree oils for a result that feels both calming and grounding.

Our peppermint and eucalyptus scented Mamarra Soap has been developed from the traditional bush recipes we inherited from our elders. To create this beautiful formula, we use the extract from Mamarra leaves in a natural soap base and combine them with organic coconut oil. This nourishing formula creates a soft and soothing Australian natural soap – perfect as an everyday cleanser.
