Wear all your values! The Icon Tee features some of our beloved Aboriginal symbols of resistance and culture including an outline of the Aboriginal flag, a decolonised map of “Australia” and Bunjil, a well known wedge-tailed eagle - who is the spiritual creator and protector of the Kulin Nation in Victoria.
This tee is cool espresso, dark chocolately brown colour that can replace your ordinary black tee and still look great with all your outfits.
The word 'NARRM' also features on this tee as this is the area where Clothing The Gaps is located. We acknowledge and respect the different meaning the word Narrm has to both Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung people in the Central Kulin Nation.
In Woiwurrung Ngulu, it means 'place'. Wurundjeri use this word to refer to the scrubland (Narrm) of the now Greater Melbourne CBD area.
Boonwurrung people use this word to refer to ‘The Bay’ and refers to Port Phillip Bay area of Victoria.
